Personal Data Protection Notice for parties communicating with NOVOL sp. z o.o.
Pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), abbreviated to GDPR, the Data Controller, an entity which determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, is NOVOL sp. z o.o., with the registered corporate office at: Komorniki 62-052, ul. Żabikowska 7/9 (henceforth: NOVOL).
Data Protection Officer
NOVOL has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who is your contact point for personal data protection and the exercise of your rights related to personal data protection. You can reach the NOVOL DPO at: ochrona.danych@novol.pl.
Purpose, legal basis and duration of personal data processing by NOVOL
All personal data submitted in contact forms and communications for NOVOL will be processed to respond to your inquiries to the extent explained in the contact forms and the exchanged communications pursuant to Article (6)(1)(f) of GDPR and limited to the lawful interest of NOVOL, and for the duration required to manage the communications related to each inquiry. Following that duration, the personal data will be processed for archiving (for a maximum of 3 years).
You submit your personal data voluntarily; however, should you decline to submit it, NOVOL might not be able to respond to your inquiries or manage communications with you.
E-mail addresses are personal data and can be used for transmission of marketing information if you voluntarily agree to it [pursuant to Article (6)(1)(a) of GDPR]. You submit personal data voluntarily.
All data required for electronic transmission of marketing information will be processed until you revoke your consent to do so.
Data recipients
Your personal data could be disclosed to third parties which provide technical support for NOVOL and which include, but are not limited to, providers of software, hosting (of e-mail services, for example), and third-party managers who support NOVOL's electronic distribution of marketing information.
NOVOL will not release your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
Processed personal data rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct your personal data, request deletion of your personal data, restrict the processing of your personal data, and move your personal data according to GDPR.
You can always deny our right to process your personal data, should reasonable circumstances arise.
If your personal data is processed by your explicit consent, you have the right to revoke the consent to have your personal data processed; however, the compliance of data processing before the revocation will remain unaffected.
Your personal data will not be processed in any automatic systems which would lead you to a decision which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Irrespective of your rights related to the processing of your personal data as contemplated above, you have the right to file personal data protection complaints before the supervisory authority of proper jurisdiction, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, street address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193, Warsaw).
