On 14 November, the Warsaw Olympics Centre hosted the 20th Polish Sports Gala. The leaders of the automotive industry will be showcasing their latest products and trends at the INTERAUTO show in Moscow, which begins on 23 September. On 1st of April 2016, the Poznań Motor Show hosted the Finals of the 2nd Polish Championships of Junior Painters. As many as 20 two-man teams competed, eligible by on-line entries and qualification in an on-line painting technology knowledge test prepared by NOVOL. The QUATTRO line polishing system is a new product from NOVOL, Polish manufacturer of paint coating systems. QUATTRO has recently been launched on the market and the preliminary technical demonstrations have resulted in very positive feedback. Remember the 1st Polish Championships of Painters that were held between the 10th and 12th of April this year? We co-hosted this event with the Poznań International Fair and V8 Team. The event included a competition in the mastery of theory and testing of practical skills. Why do we remind you of it? Protect 380 is a new-generation filler with the traditional acrylic resins replaced by polyester resins. The reactive solvents provide excellent yield, which can be up to 50% higher than in typical acrylic fillers. The filling of defects and irregularities is improved at much lower volumetric shrinkage. Protect 380 does not require any special thinners and can be sprayed immediately after mixing with the hardener. Typical spray guns with 1.7-1.8 mm nozzles are compatible with the new product. NOVAKRYL 520 is a clearcoat with high solid particle content. The product dries quickly and gives a high gloss and great depth. The clearcoat achieves high ending hardness both at elevated temperatures and without heating. The Novakryl 520 meets the requirements of Directive 2004/42/EC of 21 April 2004 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds. It is UV and weather resistant.
