UNDER 375-00

SPECTRAL UNDER 375-00 is a fast AIR DRY acrylic primer with very high filling properties, developed for refinish repairs where short preparation time is required without heat curing.

The product can be sanded after only about 60-90 minutes at 20°C without heat curing, and because it dries at temperatures as low as 5°C, it helps reduce energy consumption in the bodyshop. It builds a very high-film layer of up to approx. 200 μm in 3 coats, making it highly effective for levelling scratches and substrate irregularities before basecoat and clearcoat application. In many cases, it can successfully replace finishing putties, helping speed up the overall repair process.

An additional advantage is the possibility of application over cataphoretic (OEM e-coat) surfaces without sanding, which further simplifies preparation of new parts. The combination of fast air drying, very high build and good workability at lower temperatures makes UNDER 375-00 a practical solution for bodyshops focused on fast turnaround and lower energy use.
