SPECTRAL PLAST. Why is it worth it?
The share of car body parts made of plastics is constantly increasing. Over the last decade, this has grown by nearly 20%!
Parts made of plastics have their advantages, thanks to which they are systematically replacing metal parts, and one such feature is, for example, greater flexibility and the ability to return to their original shape after minor parking damage. However, this same feature also means that they pose a significantly greater challenge when repainting. In addition, there is reduced adhesion and exposure to paint cracking and chipping.
Currently, nearly 40% of repairs involve the need to paint plastic parts! This is practically routine work for every painter, while at the same time it is quite a challenge, because paint on plastic does not behave the same way as on a metal part.
The SPECTRAL PLAST package was created to make work related to painting plastic parts easier and to improve its quality.

Antistatic cleaner for plastics

PLAST 775
Plasticizer for primers and paints
- increases the flexibility of cured acrylic and polyurethane coatings
- designed for use on flexible parts and parts prone to deformation
- minimizes the risk of cracks and chips caused by stone impacts
PLAST 705
Plasticizer for primers and paints (spray gun application version)
- increases the adhesion of primers, paints, and acrylic enamels to plastics, steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum
- mandatory when painting polypropylene PP and its blends (Plast 825 can be used as an alternative)
- recommended when painting other plastics
NOTE: the product does not improve adhesion to polyethylene PE and PTFE teflon

Plasticizer for primers and paints (aerosol version)
- increases the adhesion of primers, paints, and acrylic enamels to plastics, steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum
- mandatory when painting polypropylene PP and its blends (Plast 825 can be used as an alternative)
- recommended when painting other plastics
NOTE: the product does not improve adhesion to polyethylene PE and PTFE teflon
PLAST 825
Adhesion-promoting additive for plastics
- guarantees excellent adhesion to plastics
- allows the plastic painting process to be accelerated thanks to the option of adding it directly to two-component primers (one-step process)
- after dilution, it can be used as a standalone one-component primer (two-step process)· mandatory when painting polypropylene PP and its blends (Plast 705/Plast 705 spray can be used as an alternative)
- recommended when painting other plastics
