SPECTRAL 2K is a single-layer acrylic enamel color system capable of producing any solid color, including the latest shades used by passenger vehicle manufacturers.

SPECTRAL 2K is a system developed with advanced acrylic resins and a broad palette of solid pigments.
The system allows the creation of any desired solid color using data from the N-color software, along with limitless custom combinations.
SPECTRAL 2K topcoats offer excellent flow and hiding power, combined with short drying times. Thanks to carefully selected components and high resistance to UV light, weathering, and discoloration, these products ensure durable, long-lasting coatings.
Demonstrations and implementations are carried out directly at your location, ensuring no disruption to your body and paint repair workflow. You’ll also benefit from personalized technical and color consulting, along with professional training programs at the NOVOL Training Centre.
SPECTRAL 2K can be integrated with the BASE 2.0 system on a single large mixer frame or supplied as a standalone system with a compact mixer tailored to the number of 2K system pigments.
SPECTRAL 2K system components:
- 22 solid pigments
- 1 aluminium pigment
- matting additive
- hardeners (available as MS and VHS; standard, fast, and slow)
- thinners (standard, fast, and slow)
The pigments are available in 3.5L and 0.8L cans. The topcoats are prepared according to specific colour recipes in the N-color software which supports the NOVOL SPECTRAL technologies.
