DIRT INCLUSIONS
Inclusions and impurities present in the coat.
Causes
- negligently cleaned surfaces,
- sanding coating material in the vicinity of the coating cabin,
- inappropriate dress of coater,
- aspirating contaminated air inside the coating cabin.
Prevention
- keep the working place clean and in order,
- carefully dedust all painted elements before spraying,
- filter coat material before its use.
Repair
Small stains – remove and polish; with larger ones – sand them and coat once again.
