This is how the nearly 600 employees of the NOVOL Group work, many of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years.

THE BEGINNINGS OF NOVOL

NOVOL began in a small, 90 m² workshop, initially offering a limited range of products manufactured using hand tools to meet the needs of the local market.

The company was founded in 1978 by Piotr Olewiński and Piotr Nowakowski. Thanks to their passion, expertise and determination, NOVOL grew from a small business into the largest manufacturer of refinishing solutions in this part of Europe.

WE CREATED THE INNOVATIVE N-TRAINING PLATFORM

N-training is a comprehensive training programme developed by NOVOL, combining practical workshops with theoretical presentations.

It enables participants to expand their knowledge of refinishing technologies and products.

N-training also provides remote access to educational materials, instructional videos and knowledge tests.

We received the award for operating the Manu Service division, which employs several dozen people with intellectual disabilities.

For more than 20 years, their work at NOVOL has helped them gain a sense of purpose and independence, while we remain proud of the commitment and daily contribution of the Manu Service team.
