KLAR 535-00

SPECTRAL KLAR 535-00 is a matt acrylic clearcoat.

Developed to achieve a uniform, deep matt finish without mottling/clouding, even on large body panels.

With Scratch Resistant (SR) additives, it forms a very hard, scratch-resistant film with excellent flow/levelling and high transparency. The gloss level can be adjusted by mixing with KLAR 525-00 in selected ratios, making it easy to match the finish to the vehicle’s styling and customer expectations.

A short bake cycle of approx. 30 min / 60°C enables fast functional hardness and efficient repair turnaround in bodyshops.

• Uniform matt coating with increased scratch resistance (Scratch Resistant – SR additives)
• Adjustable gloss level by mixing with KLAR 525-00 in selected ratios
• Hardness, durability and flow/levelling at PREMIUM standard
• Short bake time to functional hardness: approx. 30 min / 60°C
• Possibility to remove inclusions/dust nibs during application after the 1st or 2nd coat (WAVE 2.0 system)
• No “clouding/mottling” effect: stable, even matt across the entire surface
