2200 SOLID FILLER – Filling Acrylic Primer

2200 SOLID FILLER is a two-component acrylic primer with high filling capacity, designed for levelling deep scratches and substrate irregularities. It allows the application of thick coats, up to 70 µm per coat, without the need for flash-off time between coats.

Key features:

- Thick coat application: Allows coats of up to 70 µm to be applied, effectively levelling major surface irregularities.
- Reduced application time: No flash-off required between coats, which speeds up the refinishing process.
- Excellent filling performance: Ensures full coverage without primer sinkage.
- Fast drying: Drying time is 4 hours at 20°C, and with HARD 90-200 FAST hardener it can be reduced to 2 hours.
- Stability on vertical surfaces: The formula resists sagging, making application on vertical panels easier.
- Easy sanding: Special fillers minimize primer sinkage and make sanding easier.
- Good adhesion to e-coat: Can be applied to cathodic e-coat surfaces without prior sanding.

Application:
2200 SOLID FILLER is ideal for use on various substrates such as steel, aluminium and e-coat surfaces. Thanks to its filling and insulating properties, it performs excellently in refinishing repairs requiring surface levelling and anti-corrosion protection.
