• Indispensable in surface preprocessing (for manual rust removal, degreasing and matting of profiled surfaces and edges)
• The three-dimensional texture of the cloth ensures a uniform result and a perfect substrate finish even in places that are difficult to access, without altering the workpiece geometry
• Helps with much faster preprocessing (by easier and quicker matting)
• Available in packs of 10 pcs.

Available in three grit numbers as required by the process:

General Purpose (green), 320 grit
• Rough preprocessing
• Rust removal
• Quick and aggressive surface matting (e.g. for application of polyester putties)

Very Fine (red), 360 grit
• Matting for priming
• Matting of new parts (with cataphoretic coatings)
• Preprocessing of large areas for priming (engine bonnets and boot lids)
• Preprocessing of plastic parts (bumpers and spoilers)
• Removal of grease, oil, and rust from engine parts and other mechanical components
• Cleaning of wheel rims

Ultra Fine (grey), 800 grit
• Can be used with the NOVOL Scuff & Matt paste (P/N 91379 and 91380) or a degreaser
• Matting of primers
• Preprocessing of plastic parts (bumpers and spoilers)
• Coating matting
• Surface preprocessing for 1 or 2-layer coatings or fading out
