How long do we store personal data?
Personal data is stored in a form that allows identification for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. In particular:
a. Data provided when using the contact section of our Website (CONTACT tab) is stored for the period necessary to respond, and then for the statute of limitations for claims.
b. Data provided for the purpose of sending marketing content requested by the User is stored for the duration of the service or until the marketing consent is withdrawn.
c. Personal data processed to establish, assert, and defend claims is stored for the statute of limitations for individual claims.
