STONE CHIPS
Mechanical damage of topcoat caused by strikes of stones.
Causes
- strikes of stones causing chipping of coat finish,
- the application of too hard coat materials that are not resistant to impacts.
Prevention
- a defect during the use is difficult to avoid,
- places particularly vulnerable to impacts can be covered with primers and coats wit an additive increasing coating flexibility.
Repair
Sand and apply coat again.
