NOVOL INDUSTRIAL – MIXING SYSTEM

A universal colour matching system designed for small to medium-sized series of industrial coatings. The desired product can be formulated and manufactured within minutes, which greatly reduces the delivery time.

It is a professional system of an industrial coating formulation, comprising 22 pigment pastes and more than 25 resin binders to produce different topcoats, like acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, alkyd, or direct topcoats. The pigment pastes can be combined with specific resins, reducing the stock levels needed to be kept, and translating into financial savings.

INDUSTRIAL COLOR

Complementary to the NOVOL INDUSTRIAL-MIXING SYSTEM is INDUSTRIAL COLOR, an IT platform for quick and correct colour match-finding in the NOVOL database. The platform software can display the recipe in any system, adjusting for pigment overdosing errors, supporting a spectrophotometer, and featuring an updated database of safety data sheets and technical data sheets.

INDUSTRIAL SPECTRO

The NOVOL INDUSTRIAL system is provided with a groundbreaking colour matching tool, an X-RITE Capsure (RM 200) spectrophotometer. The spectrophotometer features an integrated database of the most popular colours in the industry (RAL, NCS, and Commercial Vehicles).

It precisely gauges the colour on any substrate and matches it to the right colour master from the database. It is easy to use, portable, and USB-powered.

INDUSTRIAL COLOR SWATCH

The NOVOL INDUSTRIAL includes two colour swatches.

The first colour swatch contains over 2000 colour masters arranged in chromatic order on a colour wheel.

The other colour swatch is arranged by RAL, Commercial Vehicles, Agrocultura Machinery, and Fleet systems.

This structuring of the colour swatch system makes it easy to match a colour to custom requirements.
